QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Servers and bartenders must have a minimum of six months experience in catering, banquet or restaurant service in a fine dining establishment. Cooks must be enrolled in or have graduated from a culinary arts program, or have a minimum of one year of restaurant and/or catering experience. The Party Staff maintains the highest in grooming and appearance standards. In addition to being well-groomed, you must have a positive “can-do” attitude and the ability to get to and from events in a timely manner. The Party Staff offers more work, both on weekdays and during the weekend, than any other staffing company in the hospitality staffing industry. We guarantee it!
Our pay rates are industry competitive and there are gratuities on some events. Saturday availability is required April through June and September through December. Priority for weekday jobs is given to those staff who are available to work on Saturdays and during our busiest seasons. Please let us know if, for religious reasons, you need accommodations for taking off Saturdays, or any other religious holidays. We will make reasonable accommodations for these requests and priority status will be based on other availability criteria.
