REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Servers and bartenders must have a minimum of six months experience in catering, banquet, or restaurant service. Cooks must be enrolled in or have graduated from a culinary arts program or have a minimum of one year of restaurant or catering experience.

All employees must:

  • Have Saturday availability from April-June and September-December.* Seasonal offices from January-May
  • Have the ability to get to and from events in a timely manner
  • Maintain high grooming and appearance standards
  • Have a positive attitude

*With the exception of religious reasons, in which case, accommodations will be made.
